SawStop Roadshow

Challenge

To support SawStop’s expansion into the UK market, Versatile was entrusted with delivering a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for their UK and European roadshow. The project called for expertise in design, internal fabrication, branding, and AV installation. Versatile also took on the responsibility for onsite management and operations, logistics, as well as ongoing maintenance and storage to ensure the unit remained “event ready” at all times.
 

Solution

Versatile recreated the charm of a traditional wooden workshop, using various types of wood to create an authentic and inviting interior. Dedicated spaces were designed for showcasing tools, machine parts, and live demonstrations of SawStop’s innovative safety features, complemented by a large screen displaying engaging content. A hospitality area with a coffee station and a practical storage space were integrated for convenience, while the unit’s exterior featured striking campaign-aligned graphics. Versatile also managed the vehicle commissioning, ensuring compliance with UK and European regulations, and handled logistics and operations for seamless execution. A dedicated project manager oversaw every detail of logistics and operations, guaranteeing seamless delivery and consistent performance.
 

Results

The SawStop roadshow was a resounding success, generating significant buzz and establishing a strong presence within the construction industry.
