ISUZU Full Service Contract
Challenge
To support ISUZU’s ongoing Sales and Marketing strategy, we were tasked with building and providing a comprehensive Full Service Contract. This initiative required us to manage the storage, maintenance, and operation of three ISUZU units of varying sizes.
Each unit was designed to meet specific objectives, align with ISUZU’s brand guidelines, and adhere to the company’s stringent health and safety standards. Additionally, all units needed to be stored securely, maintained in compliance with legal regulations, and operated by skilled professionals.
Solution
Our approach centred on delivering a tailored Full Service Contract that met ISUZU’s needs while ensuring operational excellence. We provided three units of different sizes—big, medium, and small. Each unit was customised to align with ISUZU’s brand identity, ensuring visual consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines. All three units were housed in a secure facility designed to protect them from any risks. Regular maintenance schedules were established in line with manufacturer recommendations and legal requirements. Detailed records of all maintenance activities were kept to ensure compliance and traceability. A team of certified professionals was assigned to operate the units, ensuring safe and efficient handling. A dedicated manager was appointed to ensure efficient management of the booking process for the nationwide dealer network.
Results
The Full Service Contract successfully enabled ISUZU to execute its Sales and Marketing strategy with confidence. By providing a flexible and reliable fleet of branded units, we supported ISUZU’s goals of increasing brand visibility and engagement. The secure storage, comprehensive maintenance, and professional operation ensured seamless performance across all campaigns and activities.
