Saffery Partner Conference

Challenge

Saffery envisioned a conference spanning from Thursday arrival to Saturday departure.
The itinerary included a welcome reception, partner conference, entertainment and activities, and a celebratory dinner.

The objective was to provide an environment for their annual update whilst entertaining spouses to ensure everyone had a productive and entertaining time. We crafted an event that embodied Saffery’s culture while staying within a defined budget and aligning with the client’s ideas and vision.

Solution

Through the use of mood boards, menu tasting and our knowledge of the local area we were able to deliver a bespoke event perfectly aligned with Saffery’s vision.
We selected venues that showcased the charm of the area and incorporated regional flavours to enhance the local essence. The hotel chosen for guests was conveniently located next to Saffery’s new office.

The stunning Peterborough Cathedral hosted a magnificent four-course meal accompanied by music. The menu celebrated local produce, curated in partnership with the caterer to highlight regional specialities. Guests experienced the best of the region with visits to local restaurants in Stamford, activities at Rutland Water, Stapleford Park, and more. A special highlight was a game of rugby with Leicester Tigers legend Neil Back. As a memorable twist, the day conference venue was transformed into “Saffery’s Bar,” featuring a local DJ and cocktail bar.

Results

Saffery’s vision was brought to life seamlessly. The success of the event, culminating in a lively night at “Saffery’s Bar,” left the guests with unforgettable memories and sore heads from the night before.
