Challenge

Versatile was tasked with supporting the Mercedes-Benz Vans Immersive Roadshow as part of the brand’s “adVANce” strategy. The key goals of the strategy were to strengthen the brand’s position in upper market segments, raise ambitions for cost and industrial competitiveness, and lead the industry in electric drive technology and digital experiences.

Through this initiative, Mercedes-Benz Vans aimed to showcase their innovation and commitment to sustainability, engaging audiences with immersive experiences that highlighted their technological advancements.

Solution

Versatile’s custom-built 16m mobile unit served as a state-of-the-art venue featuring three immersive experiences to showcase MBV’s strategy. Guests explored the past, present, and future of Mercedes-Benz Vans through cutting-edge technology, including a 360° Virtual Reality (VR) journey inspired by a recent TV advert. An Augmented Reality (AR) wall with tablets and headphones brought future innovations to life, highlighting the electrified vehicle range and Mercedes PRO connect system—advancing efficiency and sustainability. Versatile were also responsible for the operational delivery of the immersive roadshow, delivering the experience across the entire MBV dealer network along with ensuring presence at halo direct to consumer shows.

The roadshow was a resounding success, solidifying Mercedes-Benz Vans as a leader in innovation and customer engagement within the automotive industry.
